Dupe Jaiyesinmi is a veteran Yoruba actress and entrepreneur, known for Ojope (2008), Esin Obinrin (2009) and Ire Aye Mi (2006) respectively.
She was born in the 1960s in Ibadan, Oyo State. Dupe hails from Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State.
Dupe had her Primary School Education at Seven Day Adventist in Osun State and secondary education at Sound and Sight International School.
She later studied Secretarial Studies at the Ibadan Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria.

Dupe worked briefly with the Punch Newspaper before she ventured into acting profession, playing exceptional roles in majorly Yoruba movies.
Dupe joined the Yoruba movie industry in 2001 and was shot to limelight after she was featured in a television Series, “Mama Santare”.
