Koffi Ayinde Idowu Nuel is fondly and professionally known as Koffi. He is a famous Nigerian entertainer, comedian, musician and actor.
He was born in Maroko area of Lagos State on March 11, 1977 to a Nigerian father from Ibeju-Lekki and a Togolese mother.
Koffi’s Educational Background
Koffi had his primary education in Lagos State. He later did his secondary education at Molusi College in Ijebu Igbo, Ogun state.
He went further to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Lagos.
Koffi’s Career
Koffi joined Theatre 15 in 1998 where he trained as a stage actor, dancer, and comedy opening act.
He made his first major television breakthrough in hit comedy Campus Sitcom, “Twilight Zone” popularly referred to as “Shake Body” where he reinvented the Dauda character.
Kofi has been very active in comedy, creative and highly talented standup comedian. He has hosted several events across Nigeria.
In 2003, Koffi auditioned for the famous Nigerian comedy event “Night of a Thousand laughs” where he got chosen as one of the four qualifiers to perform at the annual concert from a total of thirty four talents.
He also delivers in his native Yoruba language.
