Camidoh, widely known his stage name, has his real name as Raphael Kofi Attachie. He is a famous talented Ghanaian Afro-pop singer, rapper and music producer.
He was born on January 21, 1994 in Aflao in the Volta region of Ghana. Camidoh was brought up by a single mother and the first child in a family of three children. His mother, named Christiana Dzifa Fudjoe teaches Economics in Ola Senior High School.
Camidoh’s Educational Background
Camidoh attended Nileem Private Academy Complex and Rijnbeek Catholic School Complex respectively.
He also attended Bishop Herman College where he had his secondary school certificate and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of Professional Studies from 2013 to 2017 in Ghana.
Upon graduation, Camidoh relocated to Accra to make a full career in music.
Camidoh’s Music Career
Camidoh kick-started his music journey dated back to his young age of 12 in Junior secondary school, miming Akon song “Lonely” which was a hit song then.
He entered into alliance with his old friend in school and formed a group called Belce. The group moved into action, doing amazingly well and performing at various event centres across Ghana.
Camidoh learned music production along the line and moved to 3fs Productions in April 2016.
He became widely and professionally known after he successfully produced his hit single, “For My Lover”.
Camidoh has since been making astonishing music, thrilling his numerous fans with hit songs. He has so far performed at various stages in Ghana including Citi Fm’s Decemba2Rememba, and Rapahohic by Sarkodie among others.
Camidoh got signed to Grind Don’t Stop Records.
Camidoh also embarked on a fruitful tour to UK in March 2020, a development that gave him a joint effort with UK-based Ghanaian performer and producer Juls and other top UK specialists.
The brilliant music star has collaborated with big names in the Ghanaian music industry in the likes of Medikal, Sefa, Darkovibes, KelvynBoy and many others.
Camidoh dropped his extended project “C.P” (Contigency Plan) containing 5 exciting tracks, Hot pursuit, Find Me, How Did You, Maria and Middoh Blues.
In February 2022, Camidoh released the song “Ajackie” with production credits from Nektunez. He is indeed a talent, an emerging Ghanaian talented musician with an exceptional voice.
