Linus Chinedu Okorie is his full name, but simply addressed as Linus Okorie.

He is a popular Nigerian leadership consultant, author and president and founder of Guardians of the Nation International (GOTNI), a nonprofit leadership development organization, based in Federal Capital Territory, Abuja Nigeria.

He is also a conference speaker and a regular guest in many print media, radio, and television platforms across Nigeria.

Linus is the radio and TV host of “The Leadership Clinic” on Independent Television Authority (AIT) Kakaaki and an Alumnus of International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP).

Linus Okorie was born 30 April 1974 in Kumba, South West Province, Cameroon. He hails from Egbuoma in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State.

 

Linus Okorie’s Educational Background

Linus Okorie had his primary school at St. John’s primary School Kumba, Southwest Province, Cameroon and his secondary school at Government Secondary School, Owerri, Imo State Nigeria.

He studied History and International Relations at Imo State University, Owerri where he became the first elected Students’ Union President.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, USA.

Linus Okorie began his journey into his entrepreneurial consultancy in the University, when he mobilized young individuals who keyed into his leadership vision and initiate Guardians of the Nation International (GOTNI).

Linus Okorie is a member of the Third World Leadership Association (TWLA), based in the Bahamas with Dr. Myles Munroe as Chairman.

The veteran is also a board member, Imo State University Alumni.

He was an Assistant Secretary, Senate Committee on Integration in Africa and National Assembly Joint Committee on Constitution Review (2002), respectively.
