Chioma Chukwuka Akpota is a popular Nollywood actress, television personality, singer, model, entrepreneur and a philanthropist.
She was born on the 12th of March 1980 in to a Christian family of Leonard Ndukaife Chukwuka and Grace Egoyibo Chukwuka in Oraifite Egwuigo Local Government Area of Anambra state.
Educational Background
Chioma had her primary and secondary education at Onward Nursery and primary school in Lagos state and Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, Anambra State.
She later went to Lagos State University, Ojo to have a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance.
Her Acting Career
Chioma Chukwuka made her entry into the Nigerian Movie Industry in the year 2000. She acted her first ever movie, “Handkerchief”, a movie that shot her to fame and recognition in Nollywood.
She has since acted over 150 movies some of which include Dead in Faith, asunder, Double Game, On Bended Kneels, Red Soil, Ezi Nwa Di Uko, Broken Vow, Dangerous Confession, The Unforeseen Truth, Birth Watcher, Village Champion, Reign of Truth, Heart of Ulimma, Genesis of Love, Evil Coffin among others.
Owing to her brilliant movies and her ability to avoid her name being scandalous in social media, she is known to avoid taking seductive or romantic roles in most Nollywood movies, a development that earned her Nollywood Virgin by movie lovers.
