Rose began her acting career dated back to her days in the secondary school. She kick-started acting professionally in 1989.
Rose came to limelight in 1993 while she was still in the University. She has since acted several Nollywood movies including her hit movie, ‘Ododo Eye’ where she played a lead role.
She is beautiful, creative and exceptionally talented Nollywood actress gifted in interpreting roles in movies. She can as well accept any character given to her and she does this very well to the admiration of her numerous fans.
Aside acting, Rose is also a gospel singer. She released an album “Ara Jesu”, a song she uses to reach out to many listeners out there to turn to the Lord.

Rose Odika was said to have married before to Mr. Osanaiye, a Yoruba speaking Okun area of Kogi State and the marriage has hit the rock some years back. The product of that marriage was a son.
Rose however revealed that she is presently giving marriage a second thought but said the man that must come into her life must be calm and God fearing.
