Sandra Sopuluchukwu Ezekwesili is a popular Nigerian broadcaster and media personality and currently the hosts of the drive time News and Current Affairs radio show, “Hard Facts” on Nigeria Info 99.3FM in Lagos, Nigeria.
She was born in Port Harcourt, from Nara-Unateze, Nkanu-East Local Government Area, Nigeria. Sandra grew up in Enugu where she had her primary education. Date and year of her birth are however not known.
In 1997, she moved with her family to Port Harcourt, when her father was transferred by the Nigeria Bottling Company.

Sandra’s journey into broadcasting started while in the University, during ASSU’s long strike. During this free time, she got an intern at the Enugu State Broadcasting Service (ESBS). Though the internship was intended to cover only production assistant duties, her brilliant performance so impressed the management, that she got the rare opportunity to be a presenter.
Even at end of the strike action, the Head of Station at ESBS asked her to come back after she got her degree.
Upon graduation, Sandra worked for Katsina State TV during her Service Year, Radio Bayelsa and Ray Power FM Yenogoa.
The talented broadcaster and presenter eventually got the attention of Cool FM Port Harcourt when she recorded an audition tape on her smartphone and was absorbed in March 2013.
The young beautiful and highly talented on-air personality has since been nominated for a various awards in her journey through the entertainment world including the Female On-Air Personality of the Year in August 2014 by Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo.
In 2015, Sandra was also given an award by the Stefano Piotti Foundation.
Sandra has so far served in various media stations across Nigeria, having served in Cool FM Port Harcourt to its sister station in, Nigeria Info 99.3FM Lagos, a news and current affairs talk radio station.
She was the host of “Hard Facts”, the station’s evening drive time (3pm to 7pm) talk program, a show currently rated No 2 in its time slot.
Sandra is an accomplished events host and MC. In 2014, she was a guest Public Speaker at a TedxYouth talk.
She is a strong advocate for Consent Education and a growing voice against sexual harassment in Nigeria, following the sexual assault on one of the participants of the Big Brother Nigeria.
