He was born on March 6 in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He is second child and first son of a family of six children. Tubrizzy grew up there and had his primary, secondary and University education respectively.

Tubrizzy was admitted to read IT but later dropped out of the University of Ibadan at 200 Level to move to the US.

Tubrizzy began his music journey dated back to his young age when artistes used to come around his parents’ investment, ‘Lamix Place’, comprises of an event center, hotel, restaurant, bar and a night club.

He thereafter started showing eagerness to learn the rudiments of music, going to the studio with most of them, suggesting lyrics and writing songs for them.
