Masterkraft has his real name as Sunday Ginikachukwu Nweka. He is a renowned Nigerian entertainer, disc jockey, songwriter and record producer who became prominent after signing with Kennis Music.
He was born on June 30 in Ajegunle area of Lagos State, Nigeria. Year of his birth is however not known. Masterkfraft hails from Enugu State in south eastern Nigeria, but grew up in Ajegunle community in Lagos where he had his primary and secondary education respectively.
He was said to have come from a poor home, well focused and hard working. He had a government scholarship to further his education which of course could not materialize due to his parental background.
Life they say “is what you make it”. So was Masterkraft in his early life, worked so hard to make his dream come true, not allowing poor parental upbringing to affect his greatness. His father died at his young age, leaving a huge vacuum to fill in the family and he had to do menial jobs to make ends meet.

Masterkraft started off as a Choir member for his local church at a very young age.
He later became a professional DJ, thrilling and entertaining his fans and family friends at events and shows in Lagos while maintaining hard work and seriousness in life.
In 2009, Masterkraft signed for Kennis Music as the official DJ, one of the known major record labels in Nigeria.
Masterkraft has since worked with top Nigerian rappers and musicians including MI Abaga who later introduced him to other big artistes in the music industry like Banky W and others.
Masterkraft has remained prominent in the music industry, gaining more and more recognition and garnering large fan base across board.
