Bowjoint has his birth name as Solomon Okoh. He is a popular Nigerian stand up comedian, known for thrilling his numerous fans across board.

Bowjoint has continued in his excellent performances everywhere he went, very humorous and making laugh to forget their sorrows momentarily. His comedy skits revolve around social, economic and political issues bothering mankind.

Recently, the highly respected and celebrated Nigerian comedian came up with the maiden edition of his stand up comedy tagged, ‘Bowjoint Unchained’.
The show, which was co-hosted by comedian Buchi and Osam, took place at the Agip Hall of Muson Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Sun, Bowjoint said the show was borne out of the passion to make Nigerians smile despite the current economic challenges.
In his words, “I found out that there is so much to laugh about as far as Nigeria is concerned. Yes, many of us cast the blame on the government of the day but we can’t complain enough and have things fixed….”
In attendance were key players in the comedy industry like AY, Okey Bakassi, Gordons, Kenny Blaq, Odogwu, Omobaba, Koffi, Bash, De Don, Dan D Humorous, Destalker, Ajebaba among many others.
Bowjoint has been a professional comedian for years with good and impressive comedy movies to his credit, including ‘Mumu; and ‘Blackbirds’.
He has also performed at various Comedy Club in Lagos.
Bowjoint named the Alibaba, the veteran comedian and father of comedy business in Nigeria as his great influence in achieving success in his comedy career.
