She was born on July 24th 1987 in Port Harcourt, Rivers state. She hails from Angiama town, in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa state. She is the fourth child in a family of six children and she grew up in Port Harcourt. She is known for her lead role in the movie “Falling” in 2015.
Tamara had her primary and secondary education in Port Harcourt where she obtained her first and secondary school certificates respectively.
She later went to the University of Port Harcourt to have a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts in 2009.
Tamara also enrolled for Screen Acting Workshop at the Del York Creative Academy in 2011, an affiliate of the New York Film Academy, where she emerged the best acting student.
Her Acting Career
Tamara Eteimo began her entertainment career as a stage dancer.
In 2005, she performed for popular Dancehall, Raggae artiste and Blackface. She has been very famous and received global recognition.
Tamara is also a veteran actress, whose journey into Nollywood began in 2011. She participated and won the 7th edition of the “Next Movie Star” reality TV Series created by Sola Fajobi.
She has since starred in several movies. Tamara acted her first hit movie in 2012 “Mrs. Somebody” written by Uduak Isong and produced by Emem Isong and directed by Tom Robison and Desmond Elliot. The movie had the cast of Tamara as Tricia alongside Kenneth Okolie, Uche Jombo and Yemi Blaq.
Tamara is creative, skillful and highly talented Nollywood actress gifted in the interpretation of roles in movies. She can as well accept any character assigned her brilliantly.
