Martha was born on the 10th of October, 1985 in Accra, Ghana.

Martha had her primary and secondary education at Adabraka Presbytarian Junior High school and Labone school in Accra, Ghana where she obtained her first and secondary school certificates respectively.
She later went to Jayee University College in Ghana for a Bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Martha made her entry into acting dated back to her days in the secondary school as a member of drama group and participated in stage plays and drama. She also joined stage dramas at Funworld and Kiddafest.
