Zoro Swagbag, widely known by his stage name, has his birth name as Owoh Chimaobi Chrismathner. He is a popular Nigerian Igbo rapper, singer, song writer, recording artiste and stage performer.

Swaqbag was born on March 20th, 1990 in Onitsha, Anambra State. He hails from Agwu community in Enugu state in south eastern Nigeria. Nothing is known about his educational background.

 

Swagbag’s Career

Swagbag started his music career for a number of years now. He had his breakthrough in music after releasing his hit singles Ogene and Achikolo, 042 and Otu which featured top Nigerian artistes like Phyno and Flavour. The video of the songs was shot in Enugu and directed by the award-winning music director, Clarence Peters.

The hit singles gave him nomination for Best New Act to watch and best indigenous rapper at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards, MTV African Music Video Awards and City Entertainment Awards respectively.

Swagbag is creative, skillful and highly talented Igbo rapper and singer. His music has been described by many as one of the best indigenous rapper who have shot our local music to an unimaginable heights.

Swagbag has also collaborated with the key players in the music industry like Flavour, Phyno, Nigga Raw, Slowdog, Hype MC, P-Square, Tekno giving him the much fame and recognition in the industry.
