He was born on February 1st, 1986 in Isolo area of Lagos State. He is, however, a native of Abeokuta, Ogun State in south western Nigeria.
Lateef had his primary and secondary education in Lagos state for his first and secondary school certificates respectively.
He later obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Olabisi Onabanjo University in Osun state.
His Acting Career
Lateef Adedimeji began acting professionally in 2007. He has since starred in several Nigerian movies alongside the key players in the movie industry like Muyiwa Ademola, Afeez Owo, Adebayo Tijani and others.
Lateef was shot to fame and recognition in Nollywood after his first major role in Yewande Adekoya’s 2013 movie, “Kudi Klepto”.
He has since acted in over 100 Nigerian movies, some of which include:

Lateef cites Antar Laniyan as his role model for his admirable carriage and good voice.
Lateef is also a humanitarian. He is the founder of Great Minds Initiative, a platform created to nurture young talented Nigerians to attain greatness in various fields of life.
His Personal Life
Lateef recently took to the social media to share pictures of his wife but there is wide speculation that the veteran is not yet married.
Lateef is widely believed to be related to popular Nigerian actor Odunlade Adekola owing to their true resemblance and sense of humour. This is however not true and not in any way related.
