Oritse Femi has his full name as Oritse Femi Majemite Ekele. He is a popularly known talented Nigerian singer, song writer and performer who has made a big name in the music industry.
He was born on January 5, 1985 in Ajegunle area of Lagos State. Femi hails from Itsekiri tribe of North Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. He is the third child in a polygamous family of 25 children.

Oritse had his primary and secondary education at Army Children School and Randle Secondary School respectively.
