Actress Eberechukwu Nwizu: Biography And Net Worth

Eberechukwu Nwizu, fondly known as Bayray Mcwizu is a popular Nigerian actress, filmmaker, singer, model and television personality. She is the winner of the 2007 edition of the Amstel Malta Box Office (AMBO) reality show.

She was born on the 1st of July, 1984 in Lagos State. The talented actress hails from Ozubulu, Anambra State, in south eastern Nigeria.

Nwizu’s Educational Background

Nwizu had her primary and secondary education in Lagos State. She later obtained Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Lagos State University (LASU).
Bayray Mcwizu or Bayray went to Wale Adenuga’s PEFTI Film School in Ajao Estate, Isolo, Lagos, to have a Diploma in Acting, Directing and Production.
The talented actress also attended the Muson School of Music and a Fashion school both in Lagos.

Nwizu’s Acting Career

Nwizu was into real estate business as well as assisted her mum in managing the family hotel, Veragon Hotel before she made her professional career in acting.

Her strong passion for acting started in secondary school as a member of drama Club which was the beginning of her journey into acting. She was also a dancer.

In 2007, Nwizu applied for the Amstel Malta Box office reality TV show. She participated in the show and emerged the winner.
The show shot her to fame and recognition and opened several doors of opportunities for her. It served as the ladder with which she climbed to the top of entertainment world.

Nwizu made entry into Nollywood and acted her first movie, ‘Waterfalls’, a movie directed by Lancelot Imasuen. She came to limelight with Izu Ojukwu’s Cindy’s Note.

Bayray was inspired by several actors in the likes of Genevieve Nnaji, Edith Jane Azu and Bimbo Manuel. She revealed that she loves to feature in movies that have rich contents, reasonable and impact the lives of viewers.
