She was born on June 7, 1976 in Queens, New York, United States to a German Irish mother and a Yoruba Nigerian father. Adunni had her up-bringing in Lagos and the United States of America.
Adunni had her primary education at Chrisland School, Ikeja and the Bells Secondary school , Ota, Ogun State respectively.
She later obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Kentucky in 2008.
Her Acting Career
Adunni worked briefly in the Housing and Insurance sectors in the United States before venturing into the entertainment industry.
She was into fashion modelling and featured in America’s Next Top Model before relocating to Nigeria.

Adunni Ade got married to Michael Boyd in 2004 and the union received the blessing of two children named D’Marion and Ayden. Sadly, they divorced in 2012 leaving her a single parent.
