Ali Jita has his birth as Ali Isa Jibril. He is a popular Kano-based Hausa musician, song writer, movie producer and director known for his many jingles in Hausa movies.

Jita was born on July 15 1983 in Kano into the family of Alhaji Sallau Jibrin Kibiya, a butcher, and his mother Hajiya Ummul-Khairi in Gyadi Gyadi area of Kumbotso, Local government Kano state, Nigeria. He was raised in the Shagari quarters of Gyadi Gyadi, Kano before his father moved his family from Kano to Lagos and then to Abuja due to his business purposes.

Ali Jita had his primary education at Army Day in Lagos and Abuja respectively.
He later did National Diploma program in Public Administration at the School of Management Studies Kano and another Diploma in Computer at Intersystem ICT School, Kano.

He has since rose to limelight in music sector of Kannyeood with interesting songs to his credit. He is rated one of the most influential stars in Kannywood Music industry winning several awards.
