Work you’ll do
As a service manager, you will be the anchor to client communications, expectations, and escalations. You will be responsible for the managing quality delivery of client’s cloud solution in enterprise environments through a shared service team model. Responsibilities include:
- Technical and analytical troubleshooting with experience working in a technical operations/support role.
- Work with team members, managers, directors, and partners to manage client relationships and communications.

- Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only
- 7+ experience building, implementing, and managing IT Operations, including cloud operations
- 2+ years of experience with any cloud platform: GCP or Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Agile Enterprise IT Management frameworks (e.g., SAFe ®, ITIL ® Sigma, Agile/SCRUM processes, etc.)
- Cloud Certifications desired

Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Account Receivables
- Prompt record/lodgment of cheques to banks and daily tracking and recording of client inflow tracking.

The Chief Fundraiser helps the organization meet short- and long-term financial goals. This is done by finding individuals, corporations, and foundations in communities who may be interested in donating funds to the cause. It is the Chief fundraiser’s duty to communicate the organization’s mission to donors and maintain positive relationship with them, recruit project specific fundraising committee members, collaborating on grant application, and delivering presentations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy, Planning and Budgeting
- Establish fundraising and participation goals for fundraising events and/or specified time periods
- Develop fundraising activity plans that maximize participation or contributions and minimize costs
- Develop strategies to promote and encourage new or increased contributions
- Develop the fundraising programs and monitor progress of fundraising drives
- Collaborate with the executives to compile and develop materials to submit for grant applications or other funding applications
- Direct or supervise members of the fundraising team
- Create and update donor databases

Engagement with Stakeholders and Donors

Execution and Delivery of Fundraising Activities
- Collaborate with the the Chief of Communication on speeches, press releases, press statements promotional materials to increase awareness of projects

- Direct or coordinate the donate page and other web-based fundraising activities
- Plan and direct special events for fundraising, such as golf events, walks etc
- Secure speakers for fundraising activities / events, or conferences to increase awareness
- Write reports or prepare presentations to communicate fundraising activities data
Requirements
- Master’s degree in related field.
- At least 14 years of experience in the non-profit / development sector or 5 to 7 years senior management experience in a leadership role
