The Job

• Prepare Machine to produce feed pellets and crumbs.
• Check and adjust Steam valves to regulate temperature of Machines.
• Adjust ammeter and valves to regulate flow of material into the machine.
• Adjust rollers to crush pellets into crumbs feed.
• Tends to the bucket elevator to transfer pellets to finished feed bin.

Qualification

• OND in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field..

Experience:

• 3+ years’ of cognate experience
• Experience in Feed Milling is an added advantage

The Person:

• Must have cognitive thinking ability.
• Have good mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication skills with computer literacy is a MUST.

Hand In Take Operator

The Job

• To Determine the quantities of feed additives required based on the production plan.
• To Receive printed out recipes for weighing from the control room supervisor.
• Based on the recipe, weigh out each feed additive on the micro ingredient weighing scale.
• Ensure that the weighed feed additives are exactly as indicated on the recipe.
• Ensure that the correct feed additives are poured on the micro ingredient hopper.
• Ensure that no old recipes are weighed for new and current recipes
• Ensure that the feed additives are poured only when the indicator light in blinking.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Science or any other related field.

Experience:

• 4+ years of cognate experience
• Experience in Feed Milling is an added advantage.

The Person:

• Must be results-oriented and take pride in achieving targets despite unexpected challenges.
• Must possess a good knowledge of Micro ingredients.
• Must have a good communication skill.

Extruder Operator – PFM

• Job Type: Full Time
• Qualification: OND
• Experience: 3 years
• Location: Oyo

The Job

• Prepare machine to produce Aqua Pellets.
• Check and adjust steam Valves to regulate temperature and moisture of pellets.
• Check production line – dryer, coater, Sieves and other physical parameters of Extruded fish pellets.
• Adjust ammeters and valves to regulate flow of material into Extruder.
• Tend to the bucket elevator to transfer pellets to finished feed bin.
• Make repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all defective, broken or worn out components.

The Person

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in production workspace.
• Have good knowledge of extruder operations.
• Have a good communication skill.

Qualification

• Minimum of OND certificate in Sciences or Engineering.
• 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings
