Quamina MP has his birth name as Emmanuel Ato Quamina Amonoo. He is a popular Ghanaian Rap artiste and music performer.
Quamina was born into a family of four children on September 11, 1993. He grew up in Mankessim, a suburb of the central region of Accra, Ghana.

Quamina attended St. Mary’s Boys Senior High School, Accra Ghana. He later bagged a Diploma in IT at the Ghana Telecom University.

Quamina MP began his music journey, dated back to his young age in school, when he used to entertain his mates and friends with freestyle raps.
Quamina revealed he drew his inspiration from his uncle who was then very active in music in Ghana.
Over time, his music influence grew significantly after watching the likes of Stonebwoy, Ice Prince, Yaa Pono, Shatta Wale and Tory Lanez who he said had great influence in his music career.
Quamina MP also attributes his breakthrough in music to the advent of social media.
He became professionally known after dropping out of school and relocating to Accra in 2016, uploading his social media pages with freestyles of some of his best work and signed to a record label, “Ground Up Charlie” about a year later.
The Ghanaian Afrobeats, hip hop singer is very creative and talented, garnering his numerous fans on his social media platform. He has since remained active and relevant in the industry, keeping his dream alive with his brilliant music.
The talented music star collaborated with another top Ghanaian musician and label mate, Kwesi Arthur who has made giant strides in music within his short time in the industry.
Quamina MP has also worked with the likes of Kofi Kinaata, Medikal, Kofi Mole and others.
The duo recorded the song “Wiase Y3d3” which became an instant hit and topped the Ghanaian music chart.
Quamina has so far established himself as a sought-after rapper in the music world with good number of hit songs. He has a unique sound and amazing vocals which made him stand out among his contemporaries.
