Ruffcoin has his real name as Emelogu Muruako Fortune. He is talented upcoming Nigerian artiste.
He was born to the family of late Mr Akwarandu Emelogu and Ugoeze Rebecca. He has four other siblings and hails from Abia State in south eastern Nigeria where he had his primary and secondary education respectively.
Ruffcoin’s Music Career
Ruffcoin began his musical journey in 1998 while still in secondary school when he used to entertain his friends and admirers with his music.
He became professionally known in 2004 when he started recorded his first album titled, ‘Nwa Aba’ which included smashing hit singles.
This album was a huge success and made him a household name especially in the Eastern part of Nigeria.
The exceptionally creative and talented music star later released his second album titled “Nwa Aba Reloaded”.
Ruffcoin has since done good number of hit singles, including “Take me there” and “Nwa Aba Remix”. His genre of music is Afro hip hop and sometimes he ventures into other genres of music like R&B and Makosa.
He is currently working on his third album known as “Diamond in the Ruff”, which includes songs like Sweet Music and Onye Eze, due to feature artistes like 2shotz, Peke and others.

In December 2016, Ruffcoin performed in Abiriba, Abia state before an audience of over 500 people. His concert was well received by large crowed who since, has rated the talented artiste as an upcoming star who will in the nearest future dominate the world with his brilliant music.
Ruffcoin is currently and officially signed to Big A Entertainment, an entertainment company based in the United States, committed to nurture and promote African Music to the outside world by assisting young African Artistes to have strongholds in the music world.
