Nedu has his real name as Chinedu Ani Emmanuel. He is a popular an OAP, TV presenter, comic actor and content creator known for his hilarious Hausa-like role as Alhaji Musa in some of his comedy skits. He is also famous for his pidgin radio renditions as a Wazobia FM presenter.
Nedu was born on the 5th of August 1982 in Kaduna, but hails from Enugu State in south eastern Nigeria.

Nedu started off as a site manager for two years in Abuja after his national service in Jigawa State.
He then moved to Lagos to work with Wazobia FM as a broadcaster and has since anchored good number of radio shows including “Our Backyard,” on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on Wazobia FM respectively.
Nedu is a vibrant, young and talented entertainer and linguist, gifted in speaking various languages including pidgin fluently, which of course places him above his contemporaries in the entertainment world and earned him large fan base.
He speaks four Nigerian languages-Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba and Igala. This gives him the opportunity to drift into other means of content creation like skit-making, acting in different roles in this capacity.

The marriage was blessed with three children before their split in 2018, though the first son was proved by DNA test as not his biological child.
Nedu has since their split remarried a new wife named Funmi Omolabake, fondly known as Funmi Endowed from Ondo State on Saturday April 19, 2019 in a low key ceremony held in Lekki, Lagos.
Controversy
Like every human on earth, Nedu has had a fair share of controversy.
In 2023, Nedu accused his ex-wife, Uzoamaka, of infidelity and the wife in turn blamed Nedu of violently abusing her after she was delivered of a baby through a cesarean section.
After accusations and counter accusations of what seemed to be irreconcilable differences, both parties left and now in their separate ways.
