Martin King Arthur is his real name, widely and popularly known as Kofi Kinaata. He is a famous Ghanaian singer and songwriter who has bagged many awards in the industry.
He was born on April 15, 1990 in Takoradi, Ghana. He grew up in Effiakuma community in the western region of Ghana. Kofi is also fondly called Fante rap god, a name he owed to his prominence in Fante rap and freestyle. He is indeed a good singer who has made a big name in highlife genre of music.

Kofi Kinaata attended Nana Brempong Yaw School. He later completed his secondary education at the Takoradi Technical Institute both in Ghana respectively. Upon graduation from High school, he made a full career in music.

Kofi Kinaata participated in the Melody FM (Kasahari) rap competition and emerged the second runner-up in 2009.
