Sani Musa Abdullahi is his real name, but fondly and professionally  known as Sani Danja  or simply Danja. He is a popular Nigerian Kannywood actor, producer, director, singer and dancer who has gained wide recognition and success in the industry.

He was born 20 April 1973 in Fagge, Kano state Nigeria. He grew up in Kano city where he had his primary and secondary education respectively. Nothing more is known about his educational background.
