Recently, the Federal Government upgraded the salary structure for the Nigerian Customs Service. This upgrade ensures that salaries and allowances of officers in service of Nigeria Customs are well paid every month, coupled with a slight increase in basic salary to enhance high productivity and dedication to service.
The Controller-General of Customs is the highest ranked officer with the highest salary. This is followed by the Deputy Controller Generals and Assistant Controller Generals respectively.
