Kelvyn Brown is his birth name, but widely and professionally known as Kelvyn Boy. He is a famous Ghanaian Afrobeat and Dancehall singer  who has made significant impact in the Ghanaian music industry.

Kelvyn was born on April 1, 1991 to the family of Solomon Yeboah and Adwoa Safoa. He lost his mother at a very young age. Kelvyn hails from Assin Fosu Central region of Ghana.
