She was born on 11th September 1983 in Kano, Nigeria to a Scottish father and a Ghanaian mother. Vivian relocated to Ghana, her original home at a young age of eight where she had her primary and secondary education respectively.

Like any human being on earth, Vivian had a fair share of setback. The Kumawood star was involved in an accident which nearly took her life on 3rd October 2017 at Amasaman in Accra, Ghana after driving many hours from Kumasi.

The actress on that day, was rushed to the emergency department of 37, Military Hospital in Accra where she received treatment. The sad incident made Vivian to be off the screen for a while. Thanks be to God, she recovered fast and is fully back in the industry.

Vivian’s Private Life

Vivian Jill is the mother of two handsome sons, Clinton Prempeh and Alfie Nana Amponsah Okobeng.

In an interview, Vivian revealed she gave birth to her first son, Clinton at a young age of fifteen when she was still doing her Senior Secondary education in Ghana. She however said that her family was very supportive at that difficult time and expressed gratitude to her mother specially.
