Taves was born 2003 in Ibadan, Oyo State. He grew up in the city of Ibadan, where he began his journey into music. He revealed that the name ‘Toluwanimi’ in Yoruba language means “I belong to God” in English, which essentially laid a solid foundation for his success in life.
