Ini Edo is a popular Nigerian actress, model and humanitarian.
She was born into the family of 4 children in April 23, 1982 in Ibibio, Akwa Ibom State in south southern Nigeria.

Educational Background
Ini Edo had her primary education in Uyo. She also attended Cornelius Connely College, Uyo for her secondary school certificate.
She thereafter went to the University of Uyo where she bagged a Diploma in Theatre Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Calabar.

Her Acting Career
Ini Edo started her acting career in the year 2000 with her debut ‘Thick Madam’. Her brilliant performance in the movie singled her out as a star and gave her roles in subsequent movies.
The talented actress had her breakthrough in 2004 when she acted in a hit movie, ‘World Apart’.
