Zubby Michael Egwu, is his real name but fondly and widely known as Zubby. He is a renowned Nollywood actor, model, television personality, an entrepreneur and a rare philanthropist.
Zubby was born on the 1st of February, 1985 in Yola, Adamawa State in the Northern part of Nigeria, but hails from Ozubulu in Okwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State of Nigeria. He actually had his upbringing in Adamawa State.

Zubby had his primary and secondary education in Yola, Adamawa State, in the northern Nigeria where he obtained both his first and secondary certificates respectively. He went further to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication in Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State Nigeria.

He started acting at a very tender age of 8 years during his primary school days when he used to act drama series.
