Prince David Osei is a renowned Ghanaian actor, producer, director, a model and philanthropist.

He was born on the 6^th of October 1983 in Accra Ghana.

Educational Background

David Osei had his primary and secondary education at De Youngsters International school and Accra High school both in Ghana where he obtained his first and secondary school certificates respectively.

He later went to the University of Ghana to have a degree in English, Sociology and Theatre Arts.

His Acting Career

David joined the Ghanaian movie industry (Ghallywood) after quitting what many would call exotic bank job for acting in 2005. After undergoing series of auditions, he was given minor characters in movies.

His excellent performance endeared him to Ghanaian producers and directors in the industry who subsequently assigned him major roles in most movies.

He rose to fame in 2006 after starring in a hit movie “Fortune Island”, a movie that shot him to fame in Ghallywood and earned him an award for best actor of the year in Ghana at the City People Entertainment Awards.

David Osei is creative, skillful and highly talented actor. He is good at interpreting movie roles and can as well accept any character assigned him in most movies.

David Osei is also a Nollywood actor and has gained recognition in Nigerian movie industry owing to his brilliant performances in acting.

He is a prolific actor with over 100 movies both in Ghallywood and Nollywood to his credit.
