She was born on the 18th of May 1985 in Surulere, Lagos State.
She had her primary education in Surulere and Queen’s College in Yaba, both in Lagos state for her first and secondary school certificates respectively.
She later bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Bowen University in Iwo, Osun State.

Damilola made her entry into Nollywood in 2008 in the Soap Opera, “Tinsel”, where she played the role of Thelma Duke. She also featured as Kemi Williams in a movie, Flower Girl. She has also appeared in TV commercials and hosted various programs on TV.

In August 2014, Damilola got married to Chris Attoh, a Ghanaian actor she met on set of the soap opera Tinsel. In September 2014, the couple welcomed their son, Brian. Adegbite and Attoh married privately in Accra, Ghana on 14 February 2015.
In September 2017, it was reported that Adegbite’s marriage to Chris Attoh had crashed. Damiloa was said to have deleted all his contacts including Chris Attoh’s surname and photos from her social-media accounts.
