She was born on April 30, 1976 in Lagos state. Eliogu is from Idemili in Anambra State, in south eastern Nigeria. But she grew up in Lagos state in the southwest Nigeria.
Eliogu obtained a Diploma from the University of Jos, Plateau State.
She later bagged a Bachelor’s degree from Lagos State University after her primary and secondary education in Lagos state respectively.

Eliogu in 1997 officially debuted into the Nigerian movie industry with the movie, ‘House On Fire’.
