Ty Bello is a successful Nigerian Photographer, musician and a role model. Her pathetic life story, laden with emotion and struggles from grass to grace can be described as a source of inspiration to many out there, who probably must have concluded hastily that life to them is meaningless and all over.
Born in Ogun State of Nigeria, she had her primary and secondary Certificates and later on went to the University of Lagos to have a degree in Economics. She was strongly disturbed by the political development of Nigeria which was characterized with violence, instability and injustice and Ty Bello was bent on changing the scope through their band’s song.
Her first song solo debut “Greenland” which turned out to be her first success in music career earned her awards by the Nigeria Music Entertainment Awards and a Sound City Awards.
In 2011, Ty Bello rolled out her second album “The Future”. This was another successful hit as it was also very rewarding. Banky W, Sound Sultan and Tara Fela Durotoye all featured in this album. The success of this album brought her to recognition both locally and internationally.
Not satisfied with the level of success she recorded in music, Ty Bello’s fighting spirit to succeed launched her to success in photography as she was appointed an official photographer to former President Goodluck Jonathan. Through this medium, Ty Bello became an epitome of success as she was able to travel far and wide including knowing much of the problems of this country as well as its social dimension.
She was reputed to have covered most Nigerian celebrities including the rare beauty of Olajumoke Orisaguna, a successful Nigerian model who now works for Day Fashion Magazine and a British rapper Tinie Tempah.

Ty Bello married Kashetu Bello in 2009 and the marriage is blessed with two children after nine years of delay.
