Clara Nneka Oluwatoyin Folashade Chukwura (long name indeed) is widely known and addressed as Clarion Chukwura. She is a renowned multiple award-winning Nollywood actress, television personality, entrepreneur and a humanitarian.
She was born on 24th July, 1964 in Lagos in south western part of Nigeria, but hails from Anambra State Nigeria, though had her upbringing in Lagos State.
Educational Background
Clara did her primary in Lagos and secondary education in Queen of the Rosary College also in Lagos, Nigeria, where she had her primary and secondary school certificates respectively. She thereafter went to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Dramatic Arts. Since graduation, she has remained very active in the acting industry.
Her Acting Career
Before joining the Nigerian Movie Industry, Clara was already in acting scene when she used to feature on NTA television series. She did her first Nollywood movie in 1994.
In 2003, she featured in the Nollywood blockbuster movies “Egg of Life”, a movie she starred in company of Nneka Sylvanus and Georgina Onuoha. She became more famous after starring in another Nollywood Blockbuster movie “Abuja Connection” alongside Ngozi Ezeonu and Eucaria Anunobi.

Clara Chukwura was married to one Abiola but the marriage was short live and ended up in divorce in December 2003. She again re-married to Femi Oduneye since February, 2004.
