Gregory Ojefua is a fast growing Nigerian actor, television personality, voice over artiste, events planner and a model.
He was born in Igueben, in Igueben Local Government Area of Edo State in the south southern Nigeria.
Gregory had his primary and secondary education in Edo State where he obtained his first and secondary school certificates respectively.
He later went to Ajasin University in Ondo State to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration.
His Acting Career
Gregory’s strong passion for acting dated back to his primary school days when he used to recite pages of Julius Caesar, Macbeth and even Biblical quotations.
His days in the University can be widely regarded as a turning point in his acting profession when he acted his first television Series. His brilliant outing was promising and he knew he was on the right track.
He again featured in another television series “Don’t Forget the Lyrics”. He went further to have series of auditions and got another role in a television series “Wind of Change”, a movie directed by the renowned movie director Kalu Anya and produced by Lilian Okoro.
Gregory is creative, skillful, exceptionally talented actor. He can interpret movie roles in a comic manner and can as well accept any character in movies. Again, the uniqueness of his physic coupled with his style of acting marked him out over his counterparts in the industry.
He has since acted in a number Nollywood movies, some of which include Lekki Wives, Up Creek Without a Paddle, Tomorrow is Now, Clinic Matters, Unayi Police Station, 30 Days In Atlanta, Daylight New, City of Orphans, Shuga, Cruel Intentions, Secret Lives of Yahoo Boys, One House, Tinsel, Step Brothers, The Encounter among others.
Gregory is a 2017 nominee for Best actor in a Drama, both in movies and Series at the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards for his brilliant role in a popular movie “The Encounter”. In the movie, he played the role of late General Chukwuemeka Ojukwu, so fantastically performed to the admiration of his fans. The same movie shot him to fame and recognition in Nollywood.
Gregory is a versatile young man and a model and has featured in a number of commercials for big companies like Airtel, MTN Legal Apps Adverts, Nigerite, Oleum Oil and others.
In an interview he granted the media, Gregory revealed that he is ever determined to make it in life and as such remained focused, patient and hard working to attain such goal.
