Elizabeth Omowunmi Tekovi Da-Silva is her real full name. She is a Nigerian born actress and movie producer of Togolese descent featuring prominently in the Nigerian Yoruba movie industry.
She was born June 10, 1978 in Obalende area of Lagos State. Liz grew up in Obalende, Lagos where her parents resided and she is from a polygamous home.

Educational Background
Liz Da-Silva had her primary education and later secondary education at Ireti Grammar School both in Lagos where she obtained her first and secondary school certificates respectively.
She furthered her education to Lagos State University and eventually graduated with a B.Sc. degree.

Her Acting Career
Liz Da Silva began her acting career dated back to her secondary school days when she used to acts drama and stage play.
She officially debuted into the Nigerian Yoruba movie industry in 2004 through the help of Iyabo Ojo.
She was shot to fame and recognition in Yoruba movie industry after she featured as notable characters in two movies, “Wakati Meta” by Wale Lawal and “Omidan” by Iyabo Ojo.

In 2013, Liz Da-Silva got converted from Christianity to Islam and bears an Islmaic name Aishat.
