Bukola was born in Oyo state in south western Nigeria. She is the first child in a family of 4 children. She had her up-bringing in Lafenwa, Abeokuta Ogun state.

The revelation however debunked the rumour peddling around that the baby was for veteran Yoruba actor, Odunlade Adekola.
