Kunle Remi has his birth name as Oyekunle Opeyemi Oluwaremi. He is a popular Nollywood actor and model known for his roles in movies, Falling, Family Forever and Tinsel.
Kunle was born on October 18, 1988 in Gboko, Benue State, Nigeria. He is the second child in a family of six children born to Engr. Joseph Ibukun Oluwaremi and Omolara Sherifat Oluwaremi. Kunle hails from Ekiti State in south western Nigeria.
Kunle’s Educational Background
Kunle had his primary and secondary school in Ibadan, Oyo State where he obtained his first and secondary school certificates respectively.
He went further to have a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Management at the University of Ibadan. After a short stint studying, he deferred his studies to go into acting.
He also studied acting at the New York Film Academy, Los Angeles, and graduated in 2014 where he specializes in film making and direction.
His Acting Career
Kunle Remi started acting professionally in 2011, after winning Gulder Ultimate Search in 2010.
He acted his first movie, Heavy Beauty, produced by Grace Edwin Okon and directed by Stanley Ohikhuare. His brilliant performance earned him roles in subsequent movies, TV series and stage plays, including;

Kunle is a model and part of ISIS models, currently the biggest and largest International Modelling Agency in Nigeria. He has since made several appearances for brands such as Airtel Nigeria, MTN Nigeria, DStv, and Diamond Bank.
Sadly in 2016, the versatile young man met his untimely death when he was stabbed by a fan on his way to a birthday event. He bled to death.
