Uche Mac-Auley has her birth name as Uchechukwu Nwaneamaka. She is a renowned Nigerian actress, movie producer and writer.
Uche was born and raised in Delta State in south southern Nigeria.
Mac-Auley’s Educational Background
Mac-Auley attended a number of primary schools owing to her parents teaching profession which took them to several places.
She finally obtained her First School Leaving Certificate from Osoro Primary School, Anglican Girls Grammar School and Idia College respectively where she got her West African Senior School Certificate Examination Certificate.
Mac-Auley had a Bachelor’s degree in English from Delta State University, Abraka.

Mac-Auley made her entry into Nollywood long before the industry had a true re-structure as we have it today.
Mac-Auley acted her first movie in 1991 in a Nigerian TV series titled ‘Checkmate’ a movie which was produced and directed by the late veteran movie producer, Amaka Igwe.
She played a significant role as Nkemji, the village “Beauty Queen” alongside top Nollywood actors like Richard Mofe-Damijo, Norbert Young, Francis Agu, Bimbo Manuel, Kunle Bamtefa, and Binta Ayo Mogaji.

Mac-Auley’s Personal Life
Mac-Auley has been married twice. First, she married Nollywood movie producer Obi Osotule, a relationship that kick-started in 1993 on the set of a movie titled Unforgiven Sin.
The end of that marriage in 2002 ushered in another marriage in 2006 to Solomon Mac-Auley.
