DNA Twins had their primary education in Owerri. They later attended Madonna Secondary School, also in Owerri, Imo State. Since graduation from secondary school, they chose to make full career in music.

The duo came into prominence in 2013 when they participated in Glo X-factor competition shortly after graduation from secondary school.

Challenges
Like any other being on earth, DNA Twins have equally had a fair share of challenges in life.
In 2016, tragedy struck in the lives of these young singers. They were kidnapped by unknown men and a ransom of N5 million was initially demanded and later rose to N10 million. Happily enough, they were eventually released unhurt.
