Queen Nwokoye: Biography And Net Worth

Queen Nwokoye, popularly known and addressed as Ada Mbano, is a Nigerian actress, producer, director and a philanthropist.

She was born on the 11th May, 1982 in Lagos State to a Catholic  family of Mr. and Mrs. Nwokoye. Queen was born into a family of seven.

She is an indigene of Ihembosi, Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State, in south eastern Nigeria. She had her up-bringing in Lagos State, Nigeria.

 

Educational Background

Queen Nwokoye had her primary and secondary education at the Air Force Primary School and Queens Secondary School in Enugu in south eastern Nigeria. She later went to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in Anambra State where she bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology. After her graduation, she made the right choice of becoming an actress.

 

Her Acting Career

Queen made her acting debut in 2004 after starring in a movie “Nna Men”. She however rose to fame after featuring in a hit movie ‘Chetanna’. The movie shot her to recognition in Nollywood.

Since then, she has starred in over 200 movies some of which include Security Risk, Speak the Word, My Girl Friend, Back Drop, Save the Baby, The Girl is Mine, Last Kobo, Chetanna, The Last Supper, Disco Dance, When You Are Mine, Clash of Interest, Heart of Satan among others. She acts alongside top Nollywood stars like Ngozi Ezeonu, Kenneth Okonkwo, Mercy Johnson and others.

She is skillful and talented in acting whose presence in any movie makes the difference and makes it to look real. She is also gifted in accepting movie roles and can as well fit into any character assigned her by movie producers and directors in the industry.

Her Personal Life

Queen Nwokoye got married to Mr. Uzoma Oluchi, a Pastor based in Johannesburg in South Africa in 2011 and the marriage is blessed with twin boys and a daughter in August, 2018.

She is one of the very few Nollywood actresses who are scandal free. She revealed in an interview that her family is where she has peace and as such she prefers to keep her marital life purely secret.

Queen is also one of the few Nigerian actresses who has featured in most Holywood movies. She has over 1 million followers in her social media platform.
