Actress Faithia Balogun: Biography And Net Worth
Fathia Balogun is a popular multi-award winning Nollywood actress, movie producer and director.
She was born February 5, 1969 in Ukwara in Delta state. Faithia is from Okpara village in Delta State in south southern Nigeria. She grew up in a polygamous home of nine children and had a Catholic background.
Faithia’s Educational Background
Faithia had her primary education at the Olufunmila Nursery School, Ikeja, Maryland Primary School and Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School respectively in Lagos state.
She later went to Kwara Polytechnic to obtain a Diploma in Law.
Faithia’s Acting Career
Faithia Balogun worked at low-paying jobs as a receptionist at Chips Bit and Bit, a computer company in Ikeja, Lagos where she used to earn N5,000. Through the help of her mentor, Alhaji Fatai Teniola, Faithia launched herself into the Yoruba movie industry in the 90s.

It was a tragic movie which revolves around Shola Arikusa whose father was killed over political appointment. Again, the entire family was wiped out and the only option opened to her was to turn to the god of Ijamido for vengeance.

In an interview, Faithia revealed that she was still married to Saheed Balogun no matter their differences.
Recently, Faithia changed her name from Faithia Balogun to Faithia Williams. She revealed in an interview that it has nothing to do with their failed marriage but a rebranding effort to further strengthen their marriage.
