Majid Michel is a Ghanaian actor, producer, model and a television personality. He is referred to as the king of African movies and the sexiest actor in Ghana.
He was born on the 22nd September 1980 in a Military Cantonment in Accra, Ghana to a Lebanese father and a Ghanaian mother. He had his up-bringing in Ghana.

Majid had his primary school in St. Theresa Primary school in Accra and later in Mfantsipim School also in Accra, Ghana where he obtained his first and secondary school certificates respectively. He later went to the University of Ghana to have a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts.

Majid made his entry into Ghanaian movie industry and subsequently starred in a hit movie “Things We Do For Love”. He acted the movie alongside Ghanaian top movie stars Van Vickers and Jackie Appiah.
The huge success recorded by this movie shot him and his co-actors Vickers and Jackie to fame as they became leading actors in Ghanaian movie industry. He again acted a blockbuster movie ‘Silent Scandals’, a movie he starred alongside a Nigerian Nollywood star, Genevieve Nnaji.
