Legal Consultant

Requirements

  •  An LL. B from an accredited university and B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.
  •  A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant post call work experience in a corporate/commercial law firm.
  •  In depth knowledge of legal advisory specifically on corporate & commercial transactions
  •  Knowledge of regulatory compliance services.
  • Must possess excellent drafting and document review capabilities.
  • Ability to provide sound and well researched advice on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
  •  Ability to interact at various levels, and to develop strong client relationships.
  • Must possess excellent communication (both written and oral), interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must possess negotiation, team building and excellent presentation skills.
  • A masters’ degree in a related field would be an added advantage.

Job Description

  • Co-ordination of client meetings – Board of Directors, Board Committees and General Meetings.
  • Attendance at the meetings as well as preparation and circulation of minutes, action points and matters arising from the meetings in a timely manner.
  •  Provide timely and quality feedback to the Company’s clients on status of on-going engagements.
  •  Ensuring maintenance of statutory registers (including minute books, register of directors, register of members, register of charges) as well as the corporate seal.
  • Filing of all statutory returns, including annual returns, relevant resolutions, and changes in the Board or charges against the company’s assets.
  •  Preparation of Directors’ Report for Annual Reports and Accounts.
  •  Participation in Board Evaluation Engagements.
  • Preparation of corporate governance policies.
  •  Participation in Remuneration and Research based Surveys.
  •  Preparation of legal advice on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Review of Contractual documents.
  • Undertake registration processes with all regulatory agencies
  • Advice on company restructuring.
  • Conduct of legal due diligence.
  • All other tasks as shall be assigned.

Sales Manager (Northern)

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the Company’s sales, market share and customer experience strategies and goals across the Northern region of Nigeria.

The Sales Manager will report directly to GM/ Sales Director.

Job Description

  • Contribute towards developing sales strategies/techniques especially tailored to the northern market for attracting new customers.
  • Network and partner with building construction companies and other proposed clients across Northern Nigeria to create sales opportunities.
  • Manage, renew, review sales contracts as required to enable effective customer/supplier relations.
  • Develop and maintain relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

The Head of Business will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company’s operations to ensure excellent and profitable installation/maintenance of finishes according to clients’ specification. The role shall have a general responsibility to ensure operational standards are upheld and excellent service delivered to all clients of the business.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • COREN Certification.
  • Postgraduate degree in business will be an added advantage

Job Description

  • Develop periodic strategic goals of the business, in line with the Group’s strategic focus
  • Update and initiate policies, processes, and procedures in line with best practices and in support of the organisational strategy and direction.

Head, Corporate Services

The Head, Corporate Service will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership for the Supply Chain, Internal Control and Logistics Management business divisions of the Company, optimizing, and aligning them with the Company’s growth goals.
